The New Zealand Under 18 Women’s National Ice Hockey Team represent New Zealand’s best young female talent, and represent New Zealand ice hockey at the Under 18 level at IIHF World Championships every year.

Prior to 2020, the team competed in the Challenge Cup of Asia series, as well as local tournaments in New Zealand.
