The New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation welcomes its members to attend the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The meeting will take place as follows:

Start Time: 10:00am

Finish Time: No later than 2:30pm

Date: Saturday 21st November 2020

Location: Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport Conference Centre, 14 Airpark Drive, Mangere, Auckland 2022

Members are encouraged to attend to hear about what is happening within the Federation and its future.

A finalised version of the agenda will be made available prior to the meeting.

Voting by proxy will be permitted providing the member wishing to utilise proxies advises the Secretary, via email ([email protected]), prior to the commencement of the meeting. The proxy holder will have full voting authority on the member’s behalf.
