The meeting will take place as follows:

Members are encouraged to attend to hear about what is happening within the Federation and its future.

Voting by proxy will be permitted providing the member wishing to utilise proxy voting advises the Secretary, via email ([email protected]), prior to the commencement of the meeting. The proxy holder will have full voting authority on the member’s behalf.
