The 2019 Under 20 New Zealand Ice Hockey team recently competed in the IIHF Division III U20 Championships, held in Reykjavik, Iceland, and faced off against some world class competition.

The team departed on the 7th of January, bound for Reykjavik, Iceland to compete in the IIHF Division III tournament.

The trip would see the team play against China, Bulgaria, South Africa and Iceland, with all teams vying for the top spot.
