The New Zealand Senior Men’s National Team (Ice Blacks) won silver at the 2018 IIHF World Championships, Division II, Group B in Granada, Spain.
The team earned victories over Mexico (5:1), Israel (5:2), Luxembourg (7:1) and DPR Korea (12:4). Despite a courageous effort versus Spain, the highly contested match was lost (4:6).
Spain won gold, followed by New Zealand with Silver and Israel with Bronze.
