Ice hockey in New
Zealand is played under the IIHF Ice
Hockey Game Rules together with updates
and information to referees published
from time to time.
The game rules are updated and
republished every four years. The
present version was published
in 2010 for the period 2010-2014.
Game Rules
The rulebook (last updated 29 September
2010) is available in sections, for
viewing on line, or downloading and
printing.

IIHF Rulebook that was published in July

Referee Information
The
IIHF web has an excellent section with
information and procedure manuals for
all officials. This includes procedure
manuals for both refereea and off ice
officials.
