Finnish Team NZ visit in 2009

In March 2009 the NZIHF is hosting a Team called HC Storm from Vaasa in Western Finland. They arrive on 16th March and depart on the 28th March. The intention is to have them play the Ice Blacks in Auckland at Botany Downs on 19th and 21st March, Queenstown 26th March and Dunedin 27th March.

The HC Storm Team has proved themselves very competitive with Teams such as Australia, Spain, South Africa and Mexico in the past so should prove to be a good test for the Ice Blacks prior to the World Championships in Dunedin.
